is the best darn kept secret in SEO.

 

Can't be too technical for this fella:-)

 

And instead of working you up to a heated lather...

 

The best kept secret in SEO is thinking outside

of the box when it comes to KEYWORD RESEARCH.

 

But not so far out of the box...that you're going after

keywords where people have ZERO buying intent.

 

Lemme splain'...

 

Go after keywords you can rank on the first page within a day or

three...rather than weeks or months.

 

Is it possible?

 It is.!

HUGE TIP==> If you stop thinking like me too marketers and start thinking

like the searcher.

 

When you do, the whole wide world opens up and this

becomes a really fun and profitable game.

 

Want an example?

 

Let's take a keyword like...

 

Skin whitening

 

(People typing this in are a really hungry crowd)

 

Skin whitening isn't too difficult and it gets about  8100 searches

per month, exact match, but I won't get into all of that.

 

Problem is...

 

Skin whitening, even if you're great at SEO, is going to take

time, elbow grease and money to rank for.

 

And even if you go after a long tail keyword like...

 

Skin whitening creams

 

If it's got the phrase "skin whitening" in it you've hit

a point of diminishing returns as 8100 searches is 

about the top volume you'll get.

 

And likely? I don't know for sure, but that phrase is

likely to get more competitive.

 

Why? Because it's so easy to think of...it's what everyone

is thinking.

 

But...

 

What if we started thinking like the SEARCHER?

 

Let's say a woman named Jasmine has a dark blotch on her

face she'd desperately like to get rid of.

 

She MAY...

 

Go to Google and type in lots of things...maybe skin whitening? or get rid of blotches.

 

LIKELY though...

 

She asks her friends!

 

They give her names of products they've heard about or

used. (One angle you could take.)

 

But then she asks...

 

"What's in the product that makes it work??????"

 

One of the ingredients is GLUTATHIONE

 

Wanna guess how many searches that root keyword

gets per month?

 

60,000!!! (versus 8100 for skin whitening)

 

There are a lot of Jasmine's out there!

 

Now glutathione can be used for other things, but there

are hundreds of keywords related to glutathione skin whitening.

 

And it's sooooo easy to rank for there's a youtube

video ranked on the first page for the root keyword.

 

Get this...

 

That Youtube video has 245,000 views.

 

And wait!

 

I'm not done yet.

 

There are longer tail glutathione keywords with almost ZERO competition,

but that get way more search volume than skin whitening.
